Redownload PS3->PS4 upgrade

I originally bought the PS3 version and when I bought a PS4 I upgraded it. When the Destiny PS4 was released I got it and it now serves as my primary Console. I try to redownload Final Fantasy but when I go to library in the PS store it exits and takes me back to the home screen. When I go to search by title it wants me to pay the full price for the game over again.

Is there a way that I can redownload FF to my new PS4 without having to pay for a new copy?

Redeem the code that you obtain from Mogstation and it gives you a brand new download. The old one won't appear in your download list from a PS4.
