PC Verizon DSL 90k at least 4-5 times a day, and it's getting worse.
Standard Windows 7 Desktop, running a wired connection to a dual band Belkin 600 N Router, main connection to Actiontec DSL modem.
So prior to this week I had odd problems, the usual lag during prime time PM hours but it was only during that small window of 8 PM EST to around 12 AM EST.
The lag was such that I wouldn't see the screen update data and then all of a sudden it would all rush to catch up.
This new problem is different however, now I am experiencing random 90k disconnects during periods of no lag and not even high activity. It can happen in an empty zone and suddenly without surprise. What I'm hoping to diagnose is if it's my computer, my ISP, or if it's the connection to the server.
So if possible, has this been happening a lot to anyone else recently?
Do you use Verizon DSL or another provider?
I'm likely going to be switching to a new provider within the month, but I'd rather diagnose the issue before that happens so that if I do switch and the problem persists I have some data to work with.
Really hoping to resolve this before 2.4 comes out.
