Is Tartaru deaf?

Pardon me if I sound like I have no idea what I'm doing, but I've hit a snag in my current quest.

"Picking up the Sledge" is a simple enough story mission thus far. My current step is such. "With the chat mode in "Say", enter a phrase containing "Tataru" at the destination point."

Found the spot, and have entered several different phrases and am now just spamming the name "Tataru" in my say chatbox. I have the destination focused on, even marked it to be sure, but nothing. This is odd because I saw another player rush by, say one Tartaru, and got the cutscene icon.

Is anyone else having this snag?

read in journal what exactly you need to say. Is it tartaru or Tartaru or whatever else.

Isn't it just Tataru ? not Tartaru? You seem to typo it a lot there...

Should learn to read and spell.

Or at least copy and paste the name into the box

To think it boiled down to a simple spelling error. Well don't I feel the fool. Thanks anyways and sorry to bother.
