Where do you Download Digital PC copy?

So my friend is finally gonna play FFXIV:ARR yay! But she has no idea how to download the game! She purchased the Digital PC copy from the SE store, and has yet to receive an email from SE or can find any info. on the site on where to download her digital copy. I've only played PS3/4 versions so I always got mine from discs/PSN so I'm not sure what to tell her >.< Any help please would be appreciated. Thank you!
