Lodestone Achievements

I like the idea of Lodestone character history and achievements and i try to get all of them.

Since the start of the game, one special achievement is bugging me.
Is there a 100000 gil per leve entry? I tried to boost the highest rewards with 4 x 2 stars. I reached 80k gil but thats it.

Did anyone got 100000 gil or even an entry?

list and the sad news, that we can't get this achievement no more. But it was possible see Alicia Lenneth (Rabanastre)
