Steps:
1. My party had just completed the Second Coil of Bahamut Turn 3 and were in the process of lotting when the Hyperion world began to have technical problems.
2. One by one the members of our party disconnected with error 90000 until I was the only one left.
3. As I had already passed on the three items in the loot pool, I was left to watch as the lot timer expired and all three were "unable to be obtained" and hit the floor.

4. Shortly thereafter, I was hit with error 90000 as well. An outage was reported on your site a few minutes later.
5. When I logged back on the game, I had only saw the option to enter Turn 4. My party was unable to re-attempt the encounter and the opportunity to obtain loot for that turn was lost for the week.
6. Is there any way to obtain what was lost due to the Hyperion server crash? Our party has worked very hard to clear this encounter and it would be a shame for our rewards, which can only be obtained once per week, to go to waste. Please respond when you are able and thank you in advance for any help that you can provide.
