After death on Rafflesia, party members not targetable, Aetherial Interference

Steps:
1. Clear up to and begin fight with Raffelesia
2. Let the whole party die to mechanics
3. Make sure everyone releases and runs back, using the shortcut
4. Roughly 1 in 5 attempts, 1 or more party members are not targetable by abilities such as Stoneskin, Cure, Mantra, Adloquiem, with the chat log saying "Unable to execute action due to aetherial interference"
5. Any party member affected by this has to log out of the game and back in to become targetable again.

I noticed another bug report with the same issue, hopefully this will give you more information as to how to reproduce and eventually fix the bug. Luckily there is a workaround by the affected player logging out and back in.

We have had this issue last week and this week on Rafflesia, ever since patch 2.3. We also noticed it once on Turn 2 after dying to Melusine.
