Phone, on which I had the token died, and of course my emergency password had been written on such phone (yah for the bright moments :P). Launched the chat support, after few seconds got the the agent online.
She asked me some questions about my login name, date of birth and so on, to confirm my identity, then just in few seconds later, my token app has been removed and I'm able to play the game again :)
