it seems patch 2.3 changed /h to open the Housing window.
Shout will not stay in focus. i click the little chat bubble and click Shout. and then press Circle to exit the chat line and the focus is reverted to the previous channel.

hello. i hope who ever is looking in on the bug report section is also looking in here too.
i meant to mention it in my bug report. but totally forgot.
/h no longer changes your channel to shout. and now opens the housing window. also there is no /command to actually switch to shout anymore. not even /shout works.
