Can we get Tanning Spa?

With in Game Currency so we can changed just our Skin Color without buying or using Phial of Phantasy to re-do our whole character every time? I like my Character look, but in certain light the color doesn't look as good. Don't want to waste hundred of dollars oh Phantasy because of game lighting issue.
