Bug when placing decorations outside of house.

Time: Roughly 7pm cst
Frequency: Every time attempted.

Steps:
1. Click an item you wish to place and have it appear where you can place it.
2. Move
3. The item is no longer placeable. It greys out in your inventory and you can no longer try to place it anywhere. Changing zones did not resolve issue, had to relog completely. I attempted this with Low Barrel Planter and Stone Vigil Beacon.

I've had this same problem multiple times today and with multiple items. However, despite the item being greyed out in your inventory, you are able to still sell it.

Time: 12:00 pm - 4:30 am (multiple attempts and items)

Area: Plot 15, 3rd Ward Lavender Beds
Steps:
1. Select item from inventory
2. Move it on the property
3. Item disappears and not command to place does not respond in inventory menu, remains in invetory but is not selectable.

I want to add to this. If you're using mouse to move objects around, attempting to mouse over another furnishing outdoors will cause one of two things to happen.

1. If it is an existing item that is placed on the yard already, it will revert back to its original spot upon mousing over another item.
2. If it is an item that you're freshly placing from your inventory, the item will disappear and will appear blacked out in your inventory. A relog is needed to fix this.

This also seems to be the case with every possible item I've tried, so I'm betting this affects all.
