Not sure if its a bug or deliberate, and it certainly isn't a killer. But the sound when you catch a fish has changed from a satisfying bright splash to a somewhat unsatisfying dull spleurgh. (2.28, PS4, Zalera, Jean Case)

It's mentioned in the Patch notes - they've changed the sound based on location (made not much sense to have "splashes" while dune or sky fishing for example):
