Yep! Sweat of brow + lleve + aspect = cream your panties, baby! Have it all correct and you might receive over 3k sp in one chop! ^^

Its not that hard to obtain tho...nothing a few leves can't fix ^^

My current suggestion is that you should complete guild tasks as BTN since GT give you up to 4500 SP/day.
