Difficulty finding group for new coil via Party Finder

Not sure if this is just my server but it seems like its is very hard to find people for the new coil via Party Finder. Is this because people only do it with statics or is it because only a handful of people have beaten Turn 5? Most likely a combination of both? Are all the nerfs SE made to Turn 5 simply not enough? Even if you put "Progression Group. Newcomers welcome," you still get nothing.

Need give it a time (atm i see groups toing t6 & 7 sometimes in PF (exp only lol)

t5 is still a content wall that mainly statics cleared, so the majority of people doing t6 are in statics or looking for a new one after their old one fell apart, its harder now to clear t5 than it was before, since a lot of people that cleared it don't ever repeat it, so its gonna take a while for things to get better

I'd add this, a lot of the pugs are just now starting to form learning parties and there's only a hand full of clear parties and out of those a few successful ones out of that, so twintania is a major content blocker even with echo buff. I can tell you from experience pre 2.2 a lot of coil static players wussed out on twintania not even attempting it even when they were capable of facing and learning and possibly beating it.

And this is the situation on balmung one of the more populated servers so I dunno how smaller servers work but one could assume its even worse on them.

But like the other players said, there's hope, people are starting to sell turn 5 and farm parties are possible on Party finder thanks to echo buff so in a couple more weeks you might see more turn 6-7 learning parties and statics forming in addition to the clear parties exp only.

That's sad to hear. There are people who only wants to do Coil cuz this game doesn't really have anything else for them to do; however, they don't have time for statics or don't like statics (due to scheduling conflicts, especially if they want to play with friends, dramas, complications, etc). They much prefer to just log on, find a group and go. I know many them are quitting the game cuz it can be nearly impossible to find a group and they don't have anything else to do in the game.

Coil 1 took a long time before most people started doing it too but there were other things to do in the game, such leveling your other jobs, finishing the main story, gearing up, etc. With this Coil though, all most people do is wait around.

On my server there is no chance of ever having a successful T6+ PF group. Be thankful it's even in the realm of possibility for you.

More than half of those "exp only". "clear party no noobs plz" are lies.
