Serious Players ONLY!!! Amazing 10man progression FC!!!! 8pm PST!

WARNING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! -this post is not for any player nor all players, but for particular individuals meeting specific qualifications to obtain a mutual benefactor.

Concept: I want to create a 10-20man Free Company. All decisions of this FC excluding the name and time of raids has to be agreed upon by all members. I basically want this FC to agree on as a whole every decision we make. Every member has equal rights and every member will be treated equally(No exceptions). Joking and fun is a must but basic common sense will need to be applied. As for progression, I want to raid daily at 8pm PST. I need 9 others that are preferably from the west coast but will consider anyone willing to make that time. We start progression from T1 and continue till T9 or what ever else there may be. Everything else will be decided when necessary. I expect members to represent the FC in a fashionable way :). ilv90+ Req.

Who: Like minded players who want to have fun as well as progress through the end game raid content that Ff14 provides. Players who want a smaller and more familiar FC. The kind of player I want is a player who wants more. We need players with good attitudes and the capabilities to learn, adapt, and overcome any obstacle. A player not afraid to wipe repeatedly as long as progress is being made. We will be a group of players willing and able to listen and learn from each other.

Requirements: Good attitude, Some skill, VOIP, the ability to learn and correct mistakes, headset, the want for more, and a decent sense of humor.

Try outs planned for 5/3/14 at 8 PM PST. Titan EX is what we will be doing. Success is not necessary to join the FC. Im looking for coordination skills, ability to listen and learn, and attitude. I sincerely apologize to the dozen or so players who expected FC try outs tonight. Work ran long and to have this not happen in the future, raid times are changed to 9pm. For those of you who can make that time, great things will continue as planned. For those who cannot, I apologize for wasting your time, though I know our meetings will be beneficial for both parties for the remainder of our time in FF14. Update- backup drg found. BRD, SCH and PLD accounted for. Still needing back up positions. Need officer material players with good sense of leadership to finish filling management.
