Extreme lag for the past week; Unplayable.

For the past week while playing people and mobs will stop moving entirely. Doesn't matter how many times I spam my abilities, they will not fire. People or mobs casting get stuck in the casting animation. I can still run around but nothing responds to my actions. 15-20 seconds later everyone will teleport around instantly and all of their actions will fire at once. This makes any sort of end-game activity completely impossible (such as Coil, Extremes, etc). This is widespread as it happens to me anywhere including: The Binding Coil of Bahamut, Leviathan Extreme, Titan Extreme, Low Level Roulette, and even in the housing wards. I do semi-frequently get 90k'd from this but not very often.

When these lag spikes occur I can still surf the web. I have played other games recently such as League of Legends, World of Warcraft, and Diablo 3. None of these other games experience any sort of latency issues. To be certain that it is NOT my personal internet I have contacted my service provider and they have said everything is fully functional on their end.

Please help with this issue as renewal time is coming around and I will not pay for a service that does not function.
