I saw a spoiler name of the T9 bosses, and make me curious about this very much.
I don't think I will be able to challenge T9 anytime soon, so I want to ask if anybody here could give me detail of the story.

It's leading to a lot of speculation that van Darnus' may have been a female hidden under the armor as the character shown clearly has the standard Garlean "3rd eye" and is clearly female...the other side is that this female character is someone else from Van Darnus' memories (perhaps his mother) and I've even heard maybe it's a physical form of his weapon Bradamante whose name comes from a female.Quote:

Basically, Bahamut can't use his big body to fight us, so he create the Raven body to fight us?
Then I have more question. What exactly is coil of bahamut? It is bahamut rotten body? but why so many mechanic thing inside? Is Bahamut a robot? -
04-25-2014, 03:19 AMMagisFrom what I have read, the coils are rebuilding Bahamut. Binding in this case is "binding the parts together". Since a primal requires believers and aether to live, the Allag had created the coils to not only sustain Bahamut in the real world, but also repair him (or resummon?) if killed. Why? Bahamut was put in Dalamud to leech of his energy and send it to the Crystal Tower. This energy most likely powered the Allagan civilization and it's devices. This may be why (what seems to be) tempered Louisoix tells you to stop interfering. It's also why Bahamut is so pissed off at everyone.Quote:

Maybe that the Coils aren't/weren't regenerating Bahamut, but keeping him held back in a state of disrepair...and by shutting them down we're allowing him to regenerate "naturally" (there's tons of crystals around; he could likely just be leeching the aether out of them to do so), or even accidentally turning on the regen process.Quote:
