Best time of the day to group?

Hello,

I have been playing on and off to FF14 on Cactuar since launch and never had a problem to group with people.
Now I am at lv 29 and try to do the dungeon "Toto-Rak" for 2 days (I an in holidays :)) with no luck, sometimes a dps join sometimes a healer but never at the same time. Right now It seems I am completely alone in my area :(

So question for the more experienced players, what would be the best time (PST/GMT or any timezone you feel like) to login and have a chance to progress in the main story.
Should I switch to a more active server?

Well if you're doing it in the duty finder it shouldn't matter the server your on. But I can say high lvl people don't get much from doing low level duty roulette. There might be more new players soon due to PS4 so I guess just keep trying.

People are starting to do lower dungeons for animus weapons but if you want you can hit me up in game Jene Starwind and I can give you tips abd such
