Duty Roulette Penalty for Leaving Question

Okay so I was in a Duty Roulette - high level as a DD. Thought it was really odd but kept getting the same healer / tank combo. (Same names) It was odd because without any word they would immediately drop upon zoning.

It happened 3 times: (I was really confused! (took screen shots each time to be sure and yes it was them!)
2ce in WP and 1ce in AK

It irked me because the average wait time is ~30 minutes for dd. So was I just super unlucky that these two managed to get the same dungeon as me whenever they got off penalty?

Also could I report them for constantly leaving? I would never report someone for leaving but this seemed very annoying. I would think after leaving three times off the bat they would be trolling hard - I have never experienced this situation so I was a bit baffled.

I'm still baffled. lol

If you were playing super late or something then they might have been the only tank/healer queuing up or maybe the DF prioritized them because they queued together and would be a faster match or something.

Anyway yes you can probably report them for harassment.

Yes you can report them... They are stopping your progress and disrupting your game so there for you can report
