"dev1058" 1.18 not out yet and already anticipating 1.19

It seems as though more and more stuff has getting pushed back to later patches. 1.18 is not even out yet and im already anticipating 1.19. Ive waited a long time for a patch of this magnitude and am wondering if ill have to wait this long for another patch that contains more the map add ons or wards refinements.

To put it simple, id like to know if there is a certain amount of time we should expect between these patches.

Some people think they will start to come out faster and others think it could be another 6 months for a patch worth anything. I'd like to think that they'll start coming out ever 4-6 weeks but as the record has proven that is highly unlikely.

I think patches 1.18 to 1.20 will all be released by the end of summer. So if we assume 1.18 will be out early-mid July, we can assume/hope that there will be about 1 month in between each patches.

that would be the most i can hope for, but my fear would be a 1.18b, 1.18c and then in 4-5 months 1.19. All we can do is speculate at this point.

Im as anxious for these changes as anyone else... but one thing I'm sure of is that they have been busting their @$$ to get this done and get it done right.

by getting it done right do you mean not using the same old monsters in the dungeons and replacing them with dungeon specific mobs, if so i hope your right cause im so sick of killing rank 70 dodos and puks. I do have high expectations and I hope I don't come off as complaining but i just don't want to be let down. Even the NM's they have brought in have been a "quick Fix", to try and keep us busy and i just want to see some real progress , unlike the same mobs as usual with ?? over there head.

Square gave themselves "end of summer" as a deadline for adjustments. That's mid september... Now I don't interpret that as "omg heaps upon heaps of content". But I take that as the game being ready to be GIVEN content.

I think 1.18 by next thursday, 1.19 4 weeks later and 2.00 4 weeks after that.

that would, in my opinion, be reasonable time-frame. If all they aspire to do will be complete by then maybe wed see a map redo by december.

Well 1.18 is the big patch this month, and if they/users find any bugs the fix will be a,b,c...etc then next month hopefully 1.19 with the bug fixes (if any) a,b,c... and by end of summer (End of Sept.) 1.20

Is what I was thinking/hoping.

My guess, is 1.18 and maybe 1.19 by summers end. 1.20, no way. Hope I am wrong!

I think what im most excited for is the addition of the beast tribe strong holds and the quest it may bring, oh and the battle system of course. I will be very disappointed if the beast tribe area are not added by summers end.
