Legacy tattoo is missing!

So i noticed recently that my Legacy tattoo on the back of my neck is missing! What's up with that? I definitely have Legacy status, the chocobo with the Legacy tat marking on his beak and the Legacy icon in the lower right hand portion of the character select screen at login.

I tried using the aesthetician to see if i had somehow disabled this but i saw no options to modify the Legacy tattoo.

Is this a known bug? I'm so confused, please help!
