Possibility of Housing in Other Regions/Future City-State Additions

To SE, this is a three-fold question.

1. In later patches (that's after Patch 2.2, of course) will the gates of Ishgard be opened to adventurers along with all the benefits that come with a 4th city state? (i.e. an Ishgardian Grand Company, possible additional class guilds, markets, etc.)

2. Have you considered housing within the Coerthas region? Maybe everyone might not be interested, but a snowy housing area would have it's own appeal :)

And 3. Any plans to add an Aetheryte to Whitebrim in Coerthas. It's a bit of a trip from Dragonhead each time. . .
