Is the Slepnir mount ever going to be released?

There is a Slepnir barding for your chocobo. You can obtain it by getting Gold Ranking in Odin's FATE and trading the 5 obtained Odin Mantles.

I do know there is an actual slepnir mount (cause Google is a beautiful thing :P )
