I'm sure I'm not the only one who has been in queue for duty finder for 20 minutes dealing with other players withdrawing from Crystal Tower queues over and over to try to get a party in progress.
Can we put a restriction on this, similar to withdrawing from a duty, that causes a lockout if they withdraw too much? It holds things up for other people.
Chances are it's not one person queing up repeatedly and withdrawling for 20 minutes. It could be just going through the list of people que'd up and those people happen to be withdrawing for what ever reason.
I don't see them adding in a punishment as, other than wasting a small bit of your time PER PERSON withdrawing (one person isn't taking up 20 minutes time), actually withdrawing instead of going in the instance and afking because they're too afraid to withdraw but think they can half-afk without punishment would look better than going in and going OH CRAP, I gotta go, or Oh man it's almost raid time, I didn't know, or eh this isn't really worth it after all, or even I totally forgot I even que'd up.
