Atomos - Any Plans for a Fix - On players who grief?

There is too many accounts that player's will get off their pad to increase their DD and make another alliance wait on them because they all want to win some silly race.

I think it would be a good idea to to punish these players that when stepping off their pad those group of 4 players get hit with a bomb effect radius. Something that could potentially One Shot healers.

It's just annoying to have to go through this fight so many times and have to deal with this.

Better idea: Instant wipe for the whole raid if anyone steps off the pad for any reason. This is followed by a 1 week lockout for the whole raid, and account termination for the vile fiends who dared step off the platform.

If it bombs their group it could potentially wipe the entire raid. Yet at least it is a fix. People will learn. I'm sorry if it sounds like a good laugh to you but honestly if people aren't going to do what they need to do. They shouldn't be there. I know its stupid to make a big deal about this but it's becoming a problem.

They have to get back on the pad for the other group to finish their Atomos, so all they're doing is making the fight take longer. It's not like they can continue on without the other group. And if finishing first is that important to them, who cares?

If you want a fix, make it so all 3 pads have to be activated for any of the Atomos to be vulnerable.

if it happens to u, well ask ppl on the pad linked to that group atomos to step off it ^^ you'll see, they ll get back to it fast :)

I do enjoy the idea of seeing a limit being charged up just to coordinate your group hoping off the pad lol.

I'm aware the group wipes if they step off their pad long enough. Just feels annoying that those people like to jump on and off then brag in alliance like they are something amazing.

It's more irritating when the other group jumps on you for being slow - but you can't really do nothing when the other alliance decides to breakdance on their pad.

@Chryzo Haven't bothered to ask for another alliance to step off to stop the offending group. Doubt anyone would do so. But thanks for the great post^^.

As for having them all vulnerable it wouldn't work as for why bother separating the groups anyways.

In conclusion, just want to say that CT has become one of the dungeons I both love, and positively hate. lol

Not really, since the aoes aren't strong enough to kill you. I just stand and eat it if it covers the whole pad. Most of the time though, someone will silence or stun them.

I don't agree with the lockout at all...but I do agree with a wipe for stepping off the pad. I liked it better when I originally thought that stepping off the pad DID mean death.

WRONG

It happend twice in my parties, where not dodging the aoe resulted in instagib and wipe.
