Llymlaen's Ward has no effect on Miner / misleading description

Steps:

1) Set Llymlaen's Ward to any ability slot.
2) Mine at -any- node.
3) Wait for Llymlaen's Ward to activate.
4) Successfully gather an item while under the effect of Llymlaen's Ward.

Expected result: Obtain either wind crystals or a plethora of wind shards in addition to the item.
Actual result: May obtain the item only with either some wind shards, or none at all. Wind crystals never appear.

This bug can also be reproduced using Nald'thal's Ward or Menphina's Ward with respect to their element, and can be reproduced using any Disciple of the Land class. It may be that Nophica's Ward, Byregot's Ward, and Thaliak's Ward are also bugged in this manner.

I believe the description of these ward abilities is mis-translated. They only raise your elemental affinity, which in effect, raises your chances for that particular shard, but does NOT give you crystals.
