Just got 90000 and 2002 Error message while crafting a Astral Choker for my very first time never and finished the synthesis cause I got the error I was just at Comfort Zone and Inner Quiet when it happen so my question is, is it possible to get my hard earned mats back? Is there a way for SE to look into it and see who's doing this legit or not so we can get our hard earned mats back?

I'm sorry to hear that but I'm affraid you have pretty thin chance of getting your mats back as otherwise people will abuse this by disconnecting when they see their expensive craft is about to fail or not HQ. All I can do is recommend following when performing valuable crafts:
- use quiet, not overpopulated areas (definitelly not in front of the retainer bells or market boards or close fate pop-ups etc.) - I actually now craft at housing area - "nicely" deserted there and you stil have access to your retainers if needed
- restart the game or whole PC / PS3 before craft
- asure you do not perform any heavy internet traffic task at the same time like large / multiply downloads or uploads on the same network or router at home
- choose less busy times for your server (I tend to do the 2 star expensive craft in early morning hours)
- try to avoid crafting at peak times when your ISP might implement traffic / bandwidth shaping
