I can no longer use my ice shards to craft (Require GM assistance).

Time: Roughly around 5PM EST.
Frequency: All the time now.
World name: Hyperion.
Character name: Azure Xanh.
NPC (Retainers) name: Guardia & Custode.
Class/Level: Culinary 50
Party or solo: Solo
In-game time: All the time now.
Area and coordinates: Ul'dah
Steps:
1. Withdrew 50 ice shards from FC chest
2. Crafted 9 deviled eggs HQ
3. Went to retainer "Custode" to withdraw 5 more ice shards
4. Numbers in Retainer and Inventory would not update properly unless I exit in and out the window, not sure if I lose shards doing this.
5. Have enough shard to craft another deviled egg HQ, number is stated in inventory but is not accepted on crafting window.
6. Can not craft with ice shards at the moment, the crafting window says I have 0 even though I have some in inventory.

Connection Specs
- Type of internet connection/provider: Bell 5/1
- Modem maker/model number: Bell

I still can not craft food with ice shards in inventory.
