Eye Colour and/or Miqo'te Tail Modification at Aesthetician

Maybe it's just me, but when I went in to change a few hair colour/style options, I thought I may be able to modify my eye colour (new hair colour I switched to is way too close to the eye colour) or Miqo'te's tail shape (from the fluffy one to lion or thin highlighted, etc) as well..

Would this be at all possible to add to the aesthetician options? Either that, or will there be other ways of obtaining Fantasia potions in the near future?
