I was in my Inn room in Ul'Dah and my chocobo was already summoned before going to Ul'Dah, while in my Inn room there was a blue dot (my chocobo) in the middle of the room on the mini-map that was rapidly flashing.

Frequency: One time but with no further attempts at repeating. Logged back into game on different PC - no flashing icon.
