Tantalus(Of old Monolith fame) is a website and community based social linkshell. Our site features inclube on site chatroom, upcoming events calender, our mumbles server status, full member roster, personal profiles, picture galleries, and active shoutbox and forum threads.

We are seeking dedicated players wanting to be a part of a community, Tantalus has loyal member's traced back to the Server's launch and this is what we hope to find in any potential applicant.
There is no level Restriction on applying, However We need you to know before joining Whether or not this game is right for you. If you are looking to Join as a way to Help you decide whether or not you will stick around, then this shell isnt right for you.If you are looking to join any and every ls, whichever picks you up first, then this shell isnt right for you.
For a linkshell to work its members need to actively contribute. We ask that you be willing to at least regularly visit the Website so that you are kept on the same page as the ls as a whole.

We are seeking those wishing to become officer's to have complete dedication to the game.

We are excited about the changes to come and hope you'll experience them with us!

I must say, I love this linkshell. Been with them since the beginning and never really played FFXI yet they have been willing to help me get up to speed on what I need to do and have always been ready to get a group together or meet me somewhere to repair my stuff if they can.

I like Tantalus because the members are level headed. This is a game, and here the people treat it like one. No unnecessary conflicts, no drama, no trolololol.

Hey aeva we are not american only, we welcome in everyone. i would say though that our busiest time is american evening time. you guys would be welcome to try us out of course, as we do have players that tend to play at any random given time.
