Not able to see Aesthetician for new quest

This has been going on since patch release. My main character was able to get the quest and clear it immediately, but 10 minutes later and continuing now, my alternate character sees nothing.

Here is a screenshot of someone viewing the cutscene for the quest and another doing /doubt on the npc, so I know the NPC is there, just not for me, and many other I know on Excalilbur

yeah this is happening to me too... and i have done that main scenario quest "Call of the Sea".

I don't see the quest on your list. did you talk to S'dhodjbi and start the quest "Beauty Is Only Scalp Deep"?

the problem is we cant even see or target S'dhodjbi to start

S'dhodjbi is located near the levemete, not in the location you are showing in your images.

It was the quest, problem resolved lol. Forgotten I had talked to npc on my main not my alt.
