Duty roulette
I want to start by saying so far, I love this game. This patch has been amazing do far, however there is one small oversight I see, and that\\'s the duty roulette, is there a blatant reason that it\\'s "1-player only" queue able? This is simply my side of things where me and my fiancé enjoy running dungeons together, but with this we have to go seperate and it just kind of stinks, yes I know it\\'s "just one dungeon a day" but that\\'s beside the point, I just don\\'t get why this restriction was placed

Indeed, wanted to run with a friend... couldn't. Why can't it just register that you did it once and after that say you are not eligible. (like when someone is not eligible for a dungeon they haven't unlocked yet).
I get the reasoning behind it though. This way you help players who might not be that good ( certainly for low level dungeons).

I've never once been grouped into even the low level roulette though with at-level players, it's always been paladins, bards, monks etc in group

I agree whole heartedly. I play almost exclusively with another person, and this feature (among other) forces you to actually stop playing with your friends or significant others.
They need to look at WoW's daily dungeon rewards for this... you could queue as many random dungeons as you wanted, but you only got the big bonus reward once, and then smaller rewards (or no reward) all times afterwards.. but it never locked you out of doing the thing.
