Glacial Coat and Boots

Are these just for vanity? I find it odd how level 1 equips with no stats (ice resistance doesn't count) are 1 star crafts. They look really out of place too.

How do we get them?

Some crafted minions are 1- or 2-star crafts IIRC so rare/high difficulty vanity items aren't anything new.

The minions themselves aren't actually starred crafts though, even though they use Vanya Silk.

I guess I'll make them and post screenshots to see if they look nice. Just doesn't seem to be worth the cost and thought they might've been a mistake, especially when we don't have a vanity system yet.
