Occlusion Culling problem.

Hello there,

I'm experiencing a bit of a problem when occlusion culling is on, every time I move my camera even the tiniest bit the FPS goes cca 50% down and it seems there's nothing I can do about it.
I have 60-80 fps when the camera is still, but when I move it even only 1mm, the FPS goes to 30-40 and it makes the game look really jerky. (If I keep runing, so the scenery is changing everything is fine, but once I move the camera the fps drop kicks in)

This is my HW:
Intel core i5 2500k, 4 ghz
AMD Radeon HD6970
SSD Crucial M4 (only for Windows 7 64bit and FFXIV - ARR)
8gb of ram

I tried updating my drivers, even tried beta drivers, updated DX and everything I could think of, but nothing helped.
I tried playing with every possible graphics option in the game, but it has no effect on this issue, even if I lower the details to minimum the FPS goes down, just from a higher number. I even tried to reinstall my OS and got a fresh game client.

I had this issue before the last patch, but it seems it got worse with the patch going live.

If anyone has an idea what to do, please share it with me. A help from an experienced moderator would be more than appreciated.

PS: I also play other mmorpgs, I have most of the well known mmorpgs and they all play just fine.

Am I the only one having this issue now?
I really like this game, found a great guild and all, so I'd like to keep playing, but I can't stand low fps. I mean, I know there are lots of people having lower FPS than 40, but I get nauseous when my FPS is below 50-55.
I think I suffer from a light case of OCD (obsessed with details), and I'm also sensitive to light frequencies, so low fps really causes me physical problems...
