Losing Items in FC BANK

So about 2 week ago from this post, our FC has lost 1 full page worth of materia ranging from tier 1's to tier 4 and all of our shards that were in the FC bank. There was only 7 of us when everything was lost. After the update we logged on and the guildies noticed that our materia and shards were missing. we questioned everyone but nobody knew who took it or what happend to it. We are a closely nit guild with just friends/family and we would never cheat ourselves by taking a whole page worth of materia and shards from each other. We put it into the FC bank, so that everyone could use. I've already sent an in-game request for help, but haven't received any reply of any sort. It's already been 2 weeks without an answer. Its frustrating just knowing that we SB party for 3-4 hrs everyday just to have everything disappear in 1 day >< and not getting a single reply or what not from in game help. Is there anyway to contact a GM or ATLEAST get a reply.

First thing you should of done was report it to a GM, Second you really shouldn't allow everyone in FC or anyone you don't personally know access the fc chest, Who has access anyone left the group that had access? I hope you can get all your stuff back but stuff like this is usually down to theft that database loss no other reports of it happening out there so it looks more likely you got robbed.

Other things to consider only the good items vanished and the pages with trash on them are fine? Anyone in ya fc suddenly get the meld 1k materia achievement? Stuff like this really sucks but when people can get hacked and then their account gets used to hover up all your fc's stuff it's really why permissions for vaults and the like should be kept to a minimum.

Sadly the FC bank is simply one of the highly gimped features of the game as compared to others, it's crass there's no activity logging to show who does what when situations like this arise.

Have you considered that they're lying? Try allowing only yourself to have access to the chest, others can view it but not withdraw/deposit (leader rank for others). Your items won't "disappear" again.

Even in my FC, where it consists of just family, we keep all our high end goods and gil locked to our own accounts. In the past, any mmo with a guild bank, FC bank or of that sort can be easily tapped once someone has been hacked. The guild bank should be used for general items and passing or trading of goods. Anything of value, especially materia, should not be stored in the FC tabs. No game with such feature has ever been safe from this sort of thing.
