Steps:
1. Accidentally deleted the original item
2. Attempted to redo the Lightning Fates multiple times
3. Get the unable to receive item notification
4. Abandoning and restarting the quest did not resolve the issue.

You can have only 1 of that item fyi, but multi of the first weeks event.

I'd suggest if possible, drop the quest and pick the quest up again. Btw, you can get that item from a successful fate completion even if you're not on the quest. Only other thing I can think of is you might have one on a retainer. :confused:
