Steps:
I got 4 (four) Levemetes from the NPC Cimeaurant in Dragonhead yesterday (22/11/2013). I made these quests today (23/11/2013), all of them, when I back to this NPC to collect the rewards from these Levemetes I couldn't talk to this NPC anymore.
