PvP

I've scooted around the internet for a while and haven't found much on what PvP might look like in FFXIV - I never played it in the older MMOs that I played a lot, and didn't get too into WoW or Rift or anything. Frontlines looks freakin' VERY cool, and Wolves' Den looks really fun as well.

Any have any good sources for info, or any theories about what abilities PvP might bring to our classes?

They tested it out in Beta Test Phase 4. Here's a youtube video on it from a couple random Beta4 players.

There are some obvious problems. They are currently tweaking the Crowd control abilities like sleep so they're not overpowering, so the gameplay is likely to be completely different from the video. Otherwise, details on class balance are being kept low.
