Blue Fog

Is it just me or fates in blue fog seems slower than usual. i think its just me, probably since DD got fixed*

Are you checking for the north and south "click to start" fates? The NPC wont appear on radar until you go closer. I notice often times everyone is waiting by the aetheryte while these NPCs appear and then disappear without anyone checking to click them.

Heck, even Dark Devices is a click to start fate. But nowadays the latest thing is to kill mobs nearby the NPC's pop position, so usually DD gets started in time.
