Thank you SE. I noticed a subscriber who was using a bot program was gone the other day. So thank you for getting rid of these people. And I am getting much less /tell spam from RMT and as a result the game seems more immersive. Keep on doing what you are doing and I'll keep reporting.

And I have always wondered how your account gets hacked too. I use the token so I don't have to worry as much. But maybe they are just using easy passwords.

I do not know the specifics but I can tell you that a lot of computers connected to the internet do not have proper security measures like let's say an up-to-date antivirus program.
Aside from that, a lot of people aren't very careful when it comes to keeping personal data safe and those people tend to use the same usernames and passwords for different websites and applications.

Id rather not ban them but send them to an alternate mirror server where they can spam mirrors of our characters to their hearts content
