Thank you for an awesome game, but I'm not renewing my subscription because...
The poor costumer service and the apparent inability or lack of interest in fixing the lag issues many players have experienced since new servers were added a month ago. I love this game, and I believe Yoshi and the team worked in it did an amazing job, but when each maintenance makes lag worse to the point of rendering the game unplayable (ironically the game didn't lag like this during the release week when it'd take hours to be able to log in) and the costumer service simply doesn't do anything, I can't see myself paying a monthly subscription for a service I can't use.
So thank you SE for the game, it's a pity you are not dedicating more resources to better your service.
