fate lvling limitation

if you 10 lvl under the fate you shouldn't you be able get exp for it.

for area like northern thanalan we got player lvl 40-45 lvling in 49 fates.

we limit 5 level anything under five lvl your don't get any exp. this make possible for player to find other way to lvl like

Doing dungeon,story,quest or and leve

They already get restricted exp. Less than what they would get from a FATE with the right level.
