I am getting this error when I log into the mog station and click on the world transfer service. I have logged out and logged back into the mog station and this what I am getting. I am also getting no characters.
Error 13103
A technical issue has occurred.

yeah im getting the same crap. I knew it wasn't going to be a smooth transitioning service but it makes me laugh that I cant even do it mid day when nobody is on. Hopefully half of the free week isn't just battling errors.
I hope so as well.
looks like it progressed a bit, I can transfer to leviathan but wont let me select my home server lol. I just think its broken, not congested.
