I have done the quest about 4-5 times and its keep repeating the same [speak the knight >>> kill dragon >>> duty complete >>>> speak the knight >>> kill dragon] no more progress. So It is bug or I'm missing something ?

Happening With a few people on multiple quests atm they better try and fix soon
