Story quest "Opportunity Knocks" broken - NPC Clotairion unresponsive

Time: All the time
Frequency: All the time
World name: Ragnarok
Character name: Deathloaf Chilisauce
NPC name: Clotairion
Class/Level: THA - 42
Party or solo: Solo
In-game time: All the time
Area and coordinates: Coerthas Central Highlands (12, 17)
Steps:
1. I finished all of the local sidequests
2. Finished all quest tasks for opportunity knocks
3. Go to Clotairion who has a green check mark over his had, right click him and no response
4. When I right click, all icon bars go dim for a second and then back.
5. Can't continue with the story :(
6. I know it's a recurring bug in different servers with different areas in coerthas. Please fix, I really want to continue with the game.
