Players freezing during The Navel Hard

Steps:
1. Load into the navel hard. Everything seems fine.
2. Tank pulls Titan, I then notice that 1 or more players have frozen. I can still see them doing actions. They just don't move. Makes its awful playing any healing role. Sometimes the tanks lock up as well so titan is on one side and the rest of my party on the other.
