Where do I pick up this item? I completed the achievement but there are no clues as to which NPC I need to speak to for the reward. I remember it was Derwin in 1.0 at the Coin & Coffer, but there isn't anything there now.

Jona or something in old gridania, think hes near apkallu falls if I read right.
The npc is called Jonathas. He is in old gridania by apakula falls? Don't remember the name of the place he is in sorry :(

Does this Achievement require level 30 in crafting and gathering as well? My BTN and MNR are already there, but I'm well behind on FSH, and most of my crafts are in the low to mid teens.
