I've been waiting forever on mine, and it still won't let me pay for a standard subscription until the 15th.
I got tired of waiting and sent in a ticket to the support center asking if they'd terminate my trial subscription so I could pay for a standard one. I don't have much hope for that, but hey, it's a 'shut up and take my money' situation, so maybe...
