Disregard... went back and re-read the post after seeing the response below and realized that I did probably read it wrong in the first place.

Do you need to have that level 50 ability or can they be gotten earlier than that?

I know stuff just got going but how long will it be till we are allowed to move servers, paid or otherwise? I ended up on Sargantas (I requested it)...
